I want to show everyone an example of some tools I use in my office to help push me and has really helped me develop and keep track of my wealth building.

As an internet marketer, you will eventually get to the point (and you are probably there now) that you will create a plethora of ideas to build money. Each idea has its time constraints so you need to get a notebook and keep track of those ideas. It is your black book of money making. Sometimes you don't have the money to invest in those projects or the time but it is always a VERY good idea to keep track of them for when you do have the time and money to make them a reality.

I take my book with me everywhere because you never know when you will get an idea. You can also opt to use your smartphone but I personally like my gold rimmed, brown leather backed book.

In addition to using this book to keep track I have two white boards in my office.

Using the whiteboards, I create a web of my actual projects with numbers on them that represent how much money (if any) that the projects bring me in each month. I want those numbers there as a constant reminder to me of what my net worth each month looks like and how my overall plan is developing. 

I have some businesses that fluctuate a lot but for my residual income streams it is almost a constant (give or take a few hundred dollars).



Here is an example of what this might look like. Each idea or business model you have in action you need to create a separate box for it. Eventually, this diagram should consist of NUMEROUS additions to it. Hopefully you have at least five residual income streams going for you and this IS HOW YOU BUILD WEALTH.

It is stupid, yes STUPID to only make money when you work.

Even CPA has its eventual fall off.

You want to build up streams that will last you for YEARS without any prior work going into them.

You have to ask yourself- What would you do if you could cover all your expenses each month without having any work done. What kind of projects would this open you up to?

When you reach that point you are on your way to become a REAL money maker.

I don't care if you are 16 or 60, for you to work on your own, without a job, you need to have your eggs in many baskets.

If you think that something like this is hard to set up and that you only have one or two ideas right now keep pushing. Keep planning. Become organized and keep reading and for heaven sake TAKE ACTION.

Hands down the best blackhat tool is my mind. 

I own a marketing company on the east coast so offline marketing is my thing.

Sometimes thinking inside the box works also.  Certain offline methods are proven effective this one is about door hangers.

If you don't know what door hangers are they are an advertisement that has a hole for slipping over door handles on houses and apartments.

You would be surprised at how cheap you can get these for.

You could use them with anything but I have never tried using them with CPA as I run a legitimate business in the day time.

THE LEGAL
In most cities have a permit you may have to get but dont fret its no big deal and it will save you heart ache, hassle and fines. If you have townships in your area it might go by that. They usually range in price from $10-$50 and sometimes they are just free.

I bought a six month pass for one area for $20.

Usually they want your contact information and what you are going to be distributing to the area.

This is tough work but it DOES WORK. I say tough work but honestly as a marketer im always behind the desk and I love the opportunity to get out and walk on a nice day and especially if I know it will produce orders.

You can hire out for this (which is what I do). Hire some kids to do it and if you trust them let them do it but I usually follow with my car with water and supplies for them.

Once they do it once, talk them up and tell them how much money you make (fib a little) tell them you will cut them in and will pay a % of sales they make. This way next time you have labor you don't have to watch and you are only having money come out of your pocket if YOU make money.

This method is effective and depending on what you are pitching it can vary in the amount of sales. I sell high end stuff so I usually get 1:200 conversion but that one sale would be worth $1,500.

This could work for CPA offers just make sure you cover your ass legally.

Don't put them on houses with no solicitation signs and watch out for neighborhoods that have one small sign in the front (happened to me before whoops fuck you old man!)

Anyways If you have any questions let me know but for a small investment of $200 and some labor you could make a killing.

You could also offer this as a service like I do and hell, then its just another money system.
