How to make affiliate system for our own product?

I am planning to make a website in which my affiliates will get the % of commission set by me.
Is there any script/clone available in the market,.

Use http://www.hasoffers.com/ it is used by most of the startup or small companies

can i setup something like that.
suppose i am getting 30$ on every sale and will give 15 or 20 $ to my affiliate ..
Can it be done with hasoffers?

Ofcourse it can, also you can do tons of other stuff with hasoffers, like adding promoting material, adding more than one offer, they also have good tracking platform etc..
